Inside Our 4,800㎡ Pet Products Factory in Wenzhou

YangWang-PET operates a 4,800㎡ facility in Pingyang County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang — the heart of China's furniture and home-goods manufacturing belt. Two production plants under one roof handle R&D, design, production, processing and marketing. Here is what a typical order journey looks like inside our walls.

Stop 1: CNC & Material Preparation

Every order starts with board cutting. CNC routers cut plywood and solid-wood components to ±0.2mm tolerance, which is why our cat trees assemble without force and our wall systems line up level. Moisture content is checked per batch — wood above 12% is rejected before it ever reaches production.

Stop 2: Hand Finishing & Upholstery

Machines cut; people finish. Our hand-finishing team sands every edge round (safety first for pets and owners), applies water-based lacquer, and staples plush fabric with folded seams. This is also where your logo is applied — laser engraving, embossing or full-color UV printing.

Stop 3: Assembly Line & Hardware

Sisal posts are machine-wound under constant tension, hardware packs are kitted per unit, and every tree is trial-assembled before packing. A tree that assembled smoothly in our workshop will assemble smoothly in your customer's living room.

Stop 4: Quality Control

• Weight-load test on platforms and perches
• Stability test on a 15° inclined surface
• Pull test on every seam and rope termination
• Full visual inspection with your brand's checklist

Stop 5: Export Packing

We pack for the journey: 5-layer export cartons, corner protectors, foam bracing for glass and acrylic parts, and a drop test before every new packaging design ships. FCL, LCL and DDP door-to-door delivery are all supported.
